ADVISORY UPDATE - Posted June 21, 2018: The voicemail to email setup for employees using older digital phones has been resolved. We have applied this fix to staff mailboxes and are working to apply it to faculty and shared mailboxes that have this feature enabled. If you have a pressing need for this functionality and notice it still isn't working, please submit a work order at http://help.juniata.edu.
ORIGINAL ADVISORY - Posted June 6, 2018: We are currently experiencing incompatibility issues with our older voicemail system and Microsoft O365 that is causing the voicemail to email setup to NOT WORK for employees who are using older digital phones and have had their email migrated to O365. We are working to find a fix; however, are uncertain if one will be available. In the meantime, please check your voicemails by calling into the voicemail system. Instructions for dialing in to voicemail are avalable here: http://help.juniata.edu/view_article.php?article=34. This advisory will be updated when more information is available.
