Advisory Update 10:10AM on 10/6/15: CNS has identified an additional issue within our mail system where users may still be experiencing syncing issues with mail or calendars, especially while off campus using Outlook or mobile devices. If you are off campus and you are experiencing the issue, you may use webmail as a temporary workaround. As an alternative workaround, you can connect to JC VPN from the affected device and then open your mail application. CNS is working with the vendor on correcting this issue. Please continue to report problems to the help desk at x3619.
